Food design & packaging design

Food design et packaging sont deux dimensions d’un même geste : concevoir un produit alimentaire dans toute sa matérialité, depuis l’objet comestible jusqu’à la manière dont il est perçu, manipulé et compris.

J’imagine de nouveaux aliments et boissons en travaillant leur forme, leur texture, leur usage et l’expérience sensorielle qu’ils proposent. Mon rôle est d’explorer ce qu’un produit peut raconter — son intention, sa fonction, sa place dans nos habitudes et nos cultures — puis de lui donner une forme juste.

Le packaging prolonge ce travail. Je le conçois pour servir le produit : lisible, cohérent, adapté aux gestes du quotidien. J’accorde une attention particulière aux matériaux, aux proportions et à la relation entre l’aliment et son emballage. L’objectif est double : protéger et informer, tout en exprimant le sens du produit de manière simple et évidente.

Food design et packaging se répondent : ensemble, ils construisent l’expérience complète du produit, depuis ce que l’on voit jusqu’à ce que l’on goûte.
